Our director, Mr. Rajeev Dwivedi started a recruitment consulting firm ‘The Edge’ in 1998. This venture was merged with Primeone in the year 2005. Today, Primeone is one of the best HR Consultancy Company in the country and Mr. Rajeev Dwivedi is the vision behind it.

Centralised Call Center @Indore
For the first time, Primeone entered into Call Center business, a new business vertical other than our core manpower services. At one time, Primeone was responsible for the customer service of MPEB for the entire 52 districts of MP in Indore, Bhopal, and Jabalpur. This was the first time that Primeone had taken on the responsibility for an entire business activity.

IRCTC
IRCTC's project has been a remarkable milestone for Primeone. This business has strengthened our foothold in Mumbai and our Mumbai branch came into existence. IRCTC has successfully operated a mobile catering service on 17 major Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Duranto, and Suvidha trains from Mumbai, Bhopal, and Delhi. These trains include the Goa Rajdhani, Mumbai Rajdhani, August Kranti Express, and Ahmedabad Rajdhani, and the service is available both day and night.

Advent of 'Vidya Mitaan' (Appointment of PG Teachers in Naxalite areas of Chhattisgarh)
The Vidya Mitaan project is Primeone's most wonderful and courageous project to date, an example of which is not found anywhere in the country. Primeone has placed 900 teachers or Vidya Mitaan in 12 Naxal-affected districts of Chhattisgarh. This is an amazing project in which Primeone's team has successfully completed the project even in the face of danger to their own safety. In this project, teachers have been placed in schools in remote areas where there are no means of transportation, and they have to cross rivers, canals, and mountains to reach schools. Today, we have more than 1200 Vidya Mitaans, and we are grateful to all of them and to everyone involved in this project.

Tata Memorial Hospital - Mumbai
Tata Memorial Hospital (TMC) is India's most prestigious cancer hospital in Mumbai, and it is one of the five best cancer hospitals in the world. Primeone not only provides manpower services to TMC, but also to its affiliated Homi Baba Atomic Centre - VNS and ACTREC - Khargar in Navi Mumbai. In these hospitals, Primeone provides 24/7 service throughout the year. This is the first and very important step in Primeone's journey in the healthcare industry.

Smart City Indore (Today 6 smart cities)
2016 was a year of great significance for Primeone, with unprecedented success in the Vidya Mitaan, Tata Memorial, and IRCTC businesses. Primeone also took a step towards another important project, specifically the recruitment of manpower for SMART CITY. Primeone started the work of Indore smart city first, and today Primeone is responsible for the recruitment of manpower for 6 smart cities. This project has helped to build the company's credibility with high-ranking government officials and high-level government projects.

Chhatisgarh State Marketing Corporation Ltd ( CSMCL )
Under the CSMCL or Chhattisgarh Excise Department, Primeone implemented a very unique project in the country. Under this project, 1,800 manpower were deployed at 337 wine shops in 10 districts of Chhattisgarh. The success of this project is evident in the fact that the Chhattisgarh government not only doubled its excise revenue.

Cavin Kare - North and East Regions
Primeone made its first major entry into the pure retail business today. The company is now managing 600 employees of Cavin Kare, a company headquartered in Chennai. Cavin Kare has stores all over India, from Himachal Pradesh to Assam. With this milestone, For the first time, Primeone has achieved the milestone of 10,000 manpower.

Central Railways -Bhuwasal Division
Primeone made its first appearance in the railway service, where IRCTC is a public sector institution, and Central Railway is a central government institution. Primeone is successfully executing this complex project.

MPEB - Poorv and Madhya Kshetra
After the continuous success of the Western region of MP Power Disribution, Primeone has successfully acquired the work of managing 3700 manpower in the Eastern and Central regions of MP. Today, Primeone is successfully executing this work in the vast geographical areas of these two regions. For this work, Primeone has opened a new office in Jabalpur.
